The following VID has been recently released by the FBI under the Freedom of Information Act. At 1:40 into the VID the camera catches the appearance of ball lightning. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NcGd9U43mXM&feature=related
At 1:34 into the video the camera sees a glowing ball of light here I’ve outlined it in blue to make it visible. At this instant it has just collapsed from a larger ball or another way of explaining this phenomenon is that it is a cavitating bubble as is experienced in sonoluminescence.
According to the Condign Report, UAP’s are at times seen by cameras and not people or at times seen by radar but not people or cameras or at other times seen by people and not cameras or radar. In this video the people are unaware of its presence, but it effects how the light hits the camera lens.
In this still of the video at 1:41 the ball is in expansion mode and moving between the two towers and toward the camera.
At 8:15 of the video the UAP has collapsed and moves behind both of the towers allowing another phenomenon that is occurring between the two buildings to become visible.
This phenomenon has the shape of circularly polarized Alfven waves.

So it appears that waves of plasma are emanating from the North Tower and a magnetic field is building which is oriented around the vertical steel beams of the core. Thus the Alfven waves make the magnetic field visible.
The magnetic field’s growth is continuing downward. As the video continues there are wave after wave of plasma columns containing these magnetic filaments. So the entire height of the North Tower’s steel core becomes a giant magnet in space. The 67th floor of the South Tower had recently had a massive number of uninterruptible power supplies installed beneath the floor, and these batteries are in the near field thus creating a static electric field on that floor of the South Tower which will be attractive to a complex space charge or UAP. At 2:35 in the following video, Brokenstyx (many thanks to Brokenstyx!) makes the observation that Chopper 7 spends less than a minute on the south side of the North Tower where all the action is and spends the rest of the time viewing a boring north side.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F-SZrxQOufk&feature=related There is no way to know the reason why, but it could be that Chopper 7 experienced some electrical anomalies when close to the near field of an UAP located between the two towers and consequently the chopper moved out of its range and chose not to return to that area. (Details about near fields in the Condign Report.) Here is another vid with possible plasmoid inside a building. The electricity is out but there is an intense sphere of fire inside the building and it appears that the fluorescence lights are on in the same room. The lights on can be explained by an oscillating electromagnetic field of the plasmoid or ball lightning:
